Personally, I'd look at a Corsair PSU over OCZ.

The rest of your choices seem solid. How does the Z68X-UD4-B3 compare in price to the P67A version? If they are the same or really close in cost, I'd go with the newer of the two.

Do you plan on overclocking? If so, you might want to look at a better cooler like the Noctua NH-D14 or Thermalright Silver Arrow. If you go with one of those coolers though, you'd need to change your RAM as it's too tall.

Yeah, agree with hmmmblah - ocz are good for ssd's, for psu's stick with corsair, seasonic or enermax. Also just be aware that there are a few forum members that have had issues with overclockers customer service when they want to rma things...
