Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade's PC pricing is ridiculous

At £69.99 in the UK and €79.99 in Europe, is FFV's pricing too high?

Nearly 2 years old and 70 quid ? That's a big no from me.

I feel overpiced, even went as far to msg them on twitter and that isn't my normal if it had been £50 I'd have said fair enough but 70 is too much.

I have never played a Final Fantasy game. And Square-Enix is living in a fantasy of their own if they think I'll start by paying 80 EUR for this.

Games take more time and effort?!
Rubbish, especially in this case. Games have way too much oversight and micro management. They had the characters and the story already done for them. The assets simply had to be remade to a modern standard. Absolutely no optimisation is done anymore and you used someone else's engine which already did a massive portion of the work for you.
IF this game took longer than expected it was because you spent so much time figuring out how to milk as much money from it as possible.

It's definitely not always that simple. HZD being a good example. The game was made to run at 30 FPS for the PS4 and when porting to the PC, running it at more than 30 FPS caused a lot of issues so a lot of the game had to be re-worked. Not sure how FFVII:R compares though.
