Seeing as there`s so much sheet out these days, I plumbed to install FF8 as I`m sure it`s the one I played up until about the last cd.
It`s installed and runs, patched with an nvidia thingy and some issue fixes.
I very much notice that, although u have to play in 640 by 480 >.<, the animations of scenary are black-blocked like their masks aren`t working properly.
The only thing I can think of is from the config.exe I notice it says Fail - next to 8 bit textures.. is this a case of a gfxcard or drivers being to new for it ?
It`s based on the period of Dx 6.1, of which I don`t really know alot about, I had a real computer back then.
Any ideas ?
