I was wondering the same thing. Only thing is that the manufacturers website doesn't mention anything about it including a biocide, but the description on some of the online retailers state that it does. I suppose it wouldn't be much of a bother to just add a few drops of iodine in their just to be safe.
But it is still a HUGE amount cheaper than FluidXP.
My FluidXP seems to have lost a lot of it UV reactivity anyway.

This was our original concern before buying this stuff.. I asked Smoothy Waggons to do some testing for me prior to our order and they sent over this vid which i put on YouTube..

Now IMO this doesnt prove it to be Non Conductive seing as the inside of a fan is mainly magnets and the coil is coated in varnish, so no real suprises here.. We went ahead with the purchase anyway..
Been speaking with XMS over the past couple of days, and we'll be sending over a few bottles to OC3D so we can get some real testing done and be sure how conductive this gear is compared with Danger Den MCT-5 and Fluid XP
