faulty RAM question.

I have a faulty RAM stick and corsair told me to check them 1 by 1 but for some strange reason i cant even boot my PC up on 1 stick of RAM to MEMTEST, so i was curious is there a program where you can scan all RAM sticks together and find out which one is faulty that way, seen as i cant do 1 stick at a time.

any help would be awesome, as im stuck on what to doo.

Forgive me if you have, but have you tried it in every slot?

My board comes with quite an extensive 'which slots to use for how many sticks of ram' section... might just be in the wrong slot?
