Hello. I am getting random crashes in Far Cry 4 ,nvlddmkm stopped responding and has successfully recovered. I tested Prime95, Memtest. They are without errors. Also other games are stable.
Only Far Cry 4 is TDR crashing.
The crashes have always been random for me -- sometimes I'd see several in one day, and other times I'd go a couple/few weeks with no crashes.
I'm at a loss as to what causes them. It seems like changing a graphics setting will fix the issue sometimes, but when the crashes eventually return, the same fix does not work. This has led people to think that they found a "solution" to the problem when in fact it's just random luck. You change a setting, it suddenly works, so you assume that that was a solution. Eventually, however, the crashes return, so whatever you did was not a solution after all.
I am using ultra details, ultra shadows ( not soft shadows ) , fur on, godrays on, txaa 2x.
It can be my graphic card or what? Using 352.86 WHQL. Also i tested 347.88 and 350.12 WHQL and the same problem.
But reading internet there are many peoples with the same problem of crashing TDR even at stock clocks . But i want to be sure so i create here topic.
