A message to express my utmost admiration for this company, its quality of service, variety of products and the willingness and dedication of its owner.

I'd been hunting around for a PC Power & Cooling 510 deluxe for at least a month and had failed to track down a UK distributer. Eventually, last week, I came across a very exclusive company that did stock it, but were unable to get hold of one for at least a fortnight, I was in a major hurry and about to consider some other options when, after one last trawl over Google, I stumbled across this website. I was immediately impressed by the selection of products on offer, not a huge choice, but very high quality, and amongst them, the PSU I wanted.

Here was where the service became too good to be true.

Sent an email at 10:30 Thursday evening inquiring if there were any left in stock.

Checked my inbox at 9:30 the following morning (Friday) to discover that Phil had responded outside office hours at 7:30am! He said he had one left.

Phoned the number on the site moments later, call answered in seconds by Phil, who knew immediately that I was the same person who had sent the email inquiry, and confirmed he still had it in stock. He was extremely helpful and knowledgable, he even knew about the company I'd tried before him!

I asked if he could arrange to have it shipped for guaranteed delivery on Saturday as I was pretty desperate. He said he didn't think Citylink would be able to, but would give them a call and get back to me.

Within the hour I'd received two more very friendly emails, the first informing me he had contacted Citylink who had stated it would be possible, but at a hefty cost, and that he was awaiting a fax with the details in full. Then the second, confirming that he could ship it for guaranteed arrival before 9.00am on Saturday for half the price of his original estimate!

I phoned him once again, asking how I should complete my order. He asked me do place it online, stating that he'd ALREADY MODIFIED THE WEBSITE to accomodate the Saturday delivery option!

After placing the order, I sent another email asking of he could let me know when my order had been despatched. Needless to say, he did so.

As promised, the PSU turned up the following morning (exact model advertised) and has been working flawlessly.

Granted, there was an element of luck in getting hold of the last unit readily available, but the overall standerd of service I received puts that of 90% of other companies I've dealt with to shame.

We've all had our fair share....hoplessly innaccurate claims of stock....non-flexible delivery policies...pathetically tardy and unhelpful emails....rude, arrogant and laughably ill-informed sales staff.

Not so with Extremeprometeia. Give this fellow support whenever you can, he provides quality and effeciency..all too rare these days.
 
I'd have to agree this is the best online computer shop I've ever dealed with.

This should be in the website > feedback section by the way mate.
