HI,

Im building my first WC rig and wanted some advice im running at 1090 oc'd to 4ghz and sli 470's. it is in a cm690II case my thoughts were to get the XSPC Rasa 750 RS360 WaterCooling Kit : RS Series Kit http://www.specialtech.co.uk/spshop/customer/product.php?productid=12931&cat=1262&page=1 and mount the 360 rad externally on the back and then another 240 in the roof internally and 2 x GTX 470 blocks. Would this be enough rads? will the pump cope with cpu and 2 gpu blocks? if not any recommendations as to what would? should i just put a second pump in the loop (there would be room on the bottom where the drive bays are)?

Many thanks for any help

With dual gpu's and a cpu in one loop, I would suggest a different pump, maybe a Laing D5 or DDC. In terms of rads, I honestly don't know, but I would aim for a thick 360 mm rad, if you are mounting it externally anyways. Go for the RX version and an internal 240 and you will be fine, i think.

for a AMD cpu (they run cooler) and dual 470's I think you have enough rads but the pump will need to be better imho a D5 or MCP655 pump will suite your loop better.

Those are the same pump. The MCP655 uses a D5 pump inside it.

TBH if the rad is going outside just use the RX360 and put an RX240 in the floor of the case. But tbh with a rad outside its going to look horrible and earn you a n000b badge :/
