Emptied recycle bin but after restart, file comes back

Im trying to delete this video. It's on one of my Slave drives.

So i delete the video, it goes into the Recycle Bin. Then i 'Empty' the recycle bin so its presume its gone.
Now the next day or restart, the file is in the recycle bin again.

I seriously dont know what's happening and i reaaaally want to get rid of it.

Can someone help please.

Specs are in my sig.
The drive that the file is on is an old Maxtor 6Y080M0 80GB ^_^
OS is W7 Ultimate 64bit

Try selecting the file and then hitting shift + delete.
Should bypass the recycle bin and remove it immediately.

Are you sure it's not some sort of malware?
Do a Malwarebytes run just to be sure.
