EK announced EK-XLC Predator AIO price reductions

Wow, that is a huge price reduction. It makes sense as their AIO's don't wipe the floor of the much cheaper competition. They weren't reliable on launch and struggled to fit in a lot of cases that normally supported 240 radiators. The only benefit was the use of proper water cooling hardware such as PWM DDC pump that was much quieter than the crap that Cooler Master use and, to a lesser extent, the Asetek-branded stuff.

And the fact that they look ugly as shiet ...

Awesome news... now is it to make them competitive or is there a new version out soon?

Still love the Predator concept but it was hard to justify at the original price compared to a custom loop.

I have wanted so much to see a proper expandable system that can add a full cover waterblock without maintenance, but the Predator 360 with its convoluted tubing runs just looks so bad. Only a few people have managed to train the tubes (there is a 'TWSS' joke in their somewhere) to sit in a position that looks like anything other than a bowel of black bean spaghetti. The QDC's are quite cool looking, industrial-like, and the matte black tubing is subtle and out of the way, but the length of the tubes just kills it for me.
