I like it but i have a feeling it these come to Australia we will pay through the nose for it it will be something like $300.

Well if that's the case there goes my chance of ever buying one.
Well anything could happen really, though at the moment I am not holding much hope for the Aussie dollar, all the way down to barely even 0.74USD. Well there is a chance for it to recover, but not till around next year... The Chinese pulling back on their imports arent going to help us either. For the sake of a better tomorrow I guess (in reference to China's 'Greening')

My plan for the longest time with my ITX case was to get a 120mm aio and use acrylic tubing for the cpu. I like the idea of really clean, straight tubes so I was planning to do that with a bigger rad if/when I upgrade. Its a shame they don't do a 120mm AIO version of this as I'd preorder one straight away

Very interested if the 360 version will fit in the front of an H440 case. I would also love to see if there is a fill port and if it exists, where it is located. I would probably replace the ZMT tubing with something else. Possibly hard tube or clear.

the disconnect is ugly but other than that It's a nice unit. Hopefully they don't pump issues like everyone else does.

I have a feeling these will go the same way the Swiftech units went, Good but only like 10 will be made and you'll have to import them from the other side of the planet ^_^

in a way true but remember these will be useable when you upgrade knowing EK they will make a separate fitting available if needed
it's a ddc pump so should be fine only thing is how they go about stopping it vibrate through the rad and into your case
Ek WB is in Europe so you could order direct from them if need be

Yeah remember the Fractal Kelvin S36? That hit here at about $220 iirc so this would be around $350+
We're the victim of being a relatively small volume market. It can be cheaper to buy from amazon and the like including shipping but it's nice to support the local retailers.
Having said that - The EK web shop is providing free world wide shipping according to the article - it specifically mentions the 240 so you'd be up for $270.00 AUD delivered at todays exchange rate. The 360 would be $324 with free shipping if the offer extends to that.
I like the look of the radiator/pump and the block but the quick disconnect on the 360 looks ugly. There's only so much you can do though while maintaining the flexibility for upgrades. Black would be better

Im kind of a little dissapointed no more time or money was spent on this after the initial preview we had a while back..
It looked like a reasonable idea but as they have not really changed it from the "what i thought was" the prototype. I think i would not be buying one if i wanted to get in to water cooling.
Again the issue is if you are going to be cooling CPU and GPU at the same time and you do some reasonable (but not excessive over clocks) Just OC's that would be borderline pushing the limits of air cooling. then you do tend to need quite a bit of rad space.
If you need a lot of rad space then you need a big case.
and if you are going to that much trouble. then you are going to go with a full custom loop. "and if you are like me you will then cram that case full of rads"
So i think its a very limited market to be honest.
and the ones that go go for it may find that a gpu and cpu oc'd on it will be pushing it a bit far.
Thankfully cards like the 970 does mean that it has a chance though. they do run cool. But again if the cost of it and special liquid filled blocks are as much as a custom loop even if your custom loop was just using a Delphi pump "not a slouch not pretty, but pretty low cost"
if it cost the same or less than this. i don't see why you wouldn't just go full custom.
