Yeah they have that so if you end up buying the game you don't have to download a whole different build. Just unlocks

it will be like 15gb to 18gb as i heard only 2 maps are coming

The fact that the requirements are comparing AMD FX to Haswell Refresh and Skylake is pretty good. I'll be wanting to see if anyone does any FX testing

Battlefield has been like this for the past couple of iterations. It's a very multi-threaded engine.

In the Alpha, the AMD requirements were bumped up a little, but now they have lowered once more with the beta. The final PC requirements should be very similar to Battlefield 1.

This is the thing i like about AAA devs, a beta is a beta. So many smaller devs will release an "alpha" when really its just a working concept and then when they release a "beta" its got no polish at all, the only bugs they've worked out are those specific to the machine they are developing on and it runs like .
At least with this a beta is a virtually ready game, how it should be. We think its ready, give it a go, well measure the server performance and you let us know any bugs we have missed, not a bloody 4 year beta phase

Can confirm the beta is only 14.4GB after download according to Origin.
