EA has released the pricing model for private Battlefield 1 servers.

EA has released the private server costs for Battlefield 1, costing $150 for 180 days of use.

And that has just put the final nail in the coffin for me, I am not willing to be charged 50% more for a server just because I play on the PC and not on a console.

Wow, the prices aren't terrible but the fact PC costs 50% more... what are they playing at?

So much ridiculous stuff here it's hard to place what has annoyed me the most with EA only server rental.

Coming from multiple private servers for the majority of the battlefield franchise, the price alone is ridiculous, let alone the 50% premium for PC users!

I assume that additional 3rd party plug-ins such as ProCon will be unavailable, wonder how long before EA decide that private servers can be rented elsewhere?

I know it will not happen, but it would be nice if this came back and bit them, with really low PC sales of the game
