EA has reduced the cost of heroes in Star Wars: Battlefront II

I still wouldnt "buy" my heroes. Why should I pay for something thats technically already in my installed files.

The idea is that you earn currency in-game to unlock stuff, but the problem is that prices are far too high for a lot of things.

In some ways, the unlock system is very similar to COD, where players earn currency through play and then decide what they want to unlock. Problem is that the loot box system makes these unlocks fairly pay-to-win, as many give a decent in-game advantage.

They also lowered the rewards. This is a $60 p2w game with elements of rigged gambling. Basically, these kind of practices would be 100% illegal if anyone gave a crap about regulating video game business.

LOL!!! I have no love for EA whatsoever since it IS the most voted for " Worst company to work for " and "Worst company ever " year after year.

However EA has been caught and screamed at yet again for being greedy. I saw the thread and was laughing incredibly hard at EA. Every page refresh was an additional 5K votes.

EA is doing this ONLY to save face....nothing more, nothing less.

At least they are actually listening to the customers for once....Hell must have frozen over.

The gaming industry is a joke!

I haven't bought a triple A game since GTA V and thats probably the last one for a while given how much crap is happening now.

Plenty of good games have come out since then.
Witcher 3 at the least should be on your AAA list of games to get^_^

Edit: nevermind. For some bizarre reason I thought GTAV came out in 2011 :D
