I need to order something off them, but there is no way to contact them...

I ordered only once from them and would never use them again.

I ordered a saved by the bell dvd and it took nearly 4 months to arrive and the item was in stock when i ordered it. I tried to contact them via the email address on the confirmation email but never got a reply and at the time there were no contact details on there website (that i could see). I know there prices are really good but you shouldnt have to wait months for a dvd to turn up that i prob could have got for same price off ebay.
