Dual Core 6800Ultra and 512mb 6800 Ultra!

i hope it doesnt, SLi gives you the option to add another card later, this one you will probably have to pay double at once for

Well I think that card is AGP so it would be a big bonus for those of us who can't have SLi until they buy a new mobo/CPU. I'm still probs gonna buy a new mobo rather than a dual core card, as SLi will be good when nVidia sort their lifes out and start releasing more game profiles for it.

I'm not sure if it applies to this dual core card. But i heard that you need a special motherboard in order to accept the dual core cards.

I think it was Gigabytes one that required that...

but would the AGP slot be able to move all the data?

yep it was gigabyte's dual core 6660gt it worked only with one mobo

Now this could make SLi interesting and even more expensive, but a definate powerhouse if they create a dual core pci-x card that's capable of SLi.

4 gpu's could be some serious rendering power, and a HUGE dent in the pocketboot, I'd be willing to say $1500+ for a pair of those.
