DP to MiniDP or DVI-D

Hi guys,

I have a Dell U3011 and will get a NVIDIA GTX690.

The U3011 has DVI-D or DP and the GTX690 has a DVI-D and miniDP.

Question is should I go for DVI-D or DP->miniDP?

The only major difference between them are in maximum bandwith [Displayport > HDMI > DVI]
