Now that I have good memory.. good PSU, system is water cooled and still when I try to benchmark my system anything over the normal CPU setting and it locks up or reboots..

WHY oh WHY oh WHY

This is my setup now

ABit AV8 MB

AMD3500 Winchester Core

OCZ 1.0gb Ram 3200 EL Dual Channel Rev 2

Nvidia 6800 Ultra

Tagan 480w PSU

400gb HDD SATA

DVD RW

Water Cooling Setup. 2 Pumps, one for CPU & one for GPU. 120.2 Rad

Any ideas..

Is there a program that can monitor PSU Voltage?????

Am coming close to saying F*&K it....

What have you been doing exactly do you adjust your htt when you try going over 200 fsb?? what settings etc and i will try help :) also i know with the neo2 board that your sata have to be in ports 3 and 4 for overclocking

It could be a number of things - what sort of temps are you getting with watercooling? Dont forget the A64 runs hot most of the time, so you need it as cold as possible.

its all new kit... weeks old.

I am using Abit OC manager to increase the Clock speed..

Voltage also have been increased to cope...

swapped PSU and changed CPU to 206x11 and guess what... AHHHHhhhh lockup.. what...

Dont know if its down to a ****e board or what

I am going to be changing my MB to a PCI E MB in Jan

mate in the dynamic overclocks and such you still need to reduce the htt in the bios change it to 4 x see how you go

Now I'm worried - I have virtually the same kit just ready to be put into a watercooled setup and I read this thread - I hope it gets sorted!!

had one here for a bit but it was a mates and i didnt realy have the time to fiddle with it should be called hyper threading should be set to 5 x for 200 fsb reduce it to 4 x should say htt loool ummm without looking at it cant say just look in yer bios settings
