Do people really do this?

Came across this auction while I was searching for ways of making (not buying) more gold as my character is skint, why do people do this and defeat the whole object of the game?

Ye that's pretty sad, but I guess it's a cooshty way to make a few quid while playing your fave game.

At least it's not as bad as people paying money for hacks.

I know that in some countries people are paid to work in "gaming sweat shops" to build up characters so they can be sold to those who wish to pay for them.

I bet it will go higher :(

I played WoW for about 2-3months when it came out. I stopped once I realised how much time it took up etc.

Also loads of people are living on there tbh

"look at my new sword I got, I got it enchanted, OMFG 0WN0Rz!"

Look at all the auctions for WoW gold aswell. The prices people pay are rediculous.

It only took him 1.5years @ £9/m to make that £100

each to their own I guess, but still not much of a return for the time put into getting to level70

well if you look at it this way...he did exactly the same as the millon of other wow users, he paid his £9/m, and got enjoyment out of the game...

the only difference is hes getting a return on it, which is more thanmost users can say

Or he could have stolen the account and is just making a quick buck. Or he could be a WoW-pimp and he pays a percentage of what he gets to his little army of folk that are tied to their chairs WoWing all day and night.

You just never know!

pretend to be a girl chat up guy and he will send you some (ahh sweet sexual manipulation)

[i take it u can send gold to peeps??]
