Latest version of DDU has just been released.

- Nvidia additional clean up
- Added a checkbox (can be translated,already in English/French) for not checking for DDU updates on startup (affect also languages changes.)
- Added into the log the remaining folder(s) preventing the parent folder from being removed.
- Added an option to use a roaming config file, So it stays for each version if people don't want to copy their settings from a previous version. (Config is stored in the "CommonApplicationData" )
- Translations updates: Serbian (Cyrilic / Latin), Dutch
