Ok my specs are in my sig. Ive tried everything i possibly can to get past 2.8ghz but by all means it BSOD on me.

Ive tried lowering the HT to 3 and even 2

1.7vcore

Heavy ram divider, and even DDR500

Using only 1 stick of ram

PCI Video card

Setting PCI-E to 107

Am i missing anything?

Iirc 2.8 was the top for the majority of 939 X2s.

The good, high multi Optys went up more, but 2.8 is a respectable clock or the chip you have.

And i hope that 1.7v was only a single boot or 2...

My X2 3800 is only stable at 2.8ghz, I can boot into windows @ 3.06ghz, but it is not prime stable.

2.8ghz is about as far as your going to go I think, and I wouldn't put more than 1.55v through it for 24/7 usage.

im at 1.45 ghz to be stable at 2.73ghz, i would deff go higher but i cant go higher than that many volts on my mobo

That was on my X2 3800+, this quad is great :)
