Diagnostics software

Can anyone recommend a good one?

I might be fighting a lost cause here because since I bought this ASUS board M4AGTD89PRO I have been getting random BSOD, IRQL errors and I just turned it on now and it crashed again, rebooted but failed and the PC made a long beep error sound

I don't know what a long beep sound means and what hardware this is indicating.

Can anyone advise please?

IF you have onboard-gpu running,and did some oc`ing,that may interfer.

Disconnect onboard gpu in bios.
