Dell Begins to Offer Solid State Hard Drives in Select Lines

Dell are offering the D420 and D620 ATG laptops containing 1.8" Sandisk SSHD weighing in @ 32GB.

These will not be cheap or roomy but will be fast and power efficient (as the nature of Solid State technology implies)
