Pics of stuff placed on 2' x 2' board it will be mounted to. You can see the HX setup. I will build the oil seperator this weekend and a few other things. Braided flex, filters, and blah blah all on the way with my vac pump.

Anyone got tips on bending aluminum? I put it in my vise then bend but didnt turn out that well.

With a stanley knife or something...makes it easier to bend

Scoring is just like working around the thing with, as kemp said, a knife or something, making a very tiny cut around the whole thing. For some reason I can't think of an example at the moment.

Parts update:

Vacuum pump is somehow still on the way (beats me)

My braided 3' flex line has arrived, along with a 7" Comair Rotron Type 113, and 3x 2" Suction Accumulators. Thats all good but like I said when I started to some, I dont have a huge use for cascade yet, (even with the benching team), and so this project is going to take a sideline.
