He could come later, perhaps as part of a dedicated DLC or even in Total War: Warhammer III. The Free-LC lords do tend to be more minor characters don't they?

Basically everything in bretonnia is minor. It's not a faction with much support. However Repanse would be considered more minor yeah.

I doubt we will see more bretonnia characters from now on if it all.
