Currently ive got 3gb set up with 2 512s and 2 1gbs thinkin 4gb 2x2 on the new on asus p5b deluxe with q6600 Thanks for any help/advice ppl! :wavey:

H Ham New member Apr 14, 2008 #2 The extra volume will benifit you. The speed will make the most minor of difference.

P Phoenix New member Apr 14, 2008 #4 Don't you mean DDR2 800 CL4 and DDR2 1066 CL5? As far as I know, latency increases with speed.
P Pat123 New member Apr 14, 2008 #5 Just get 2x2GB of DDR2-6400/800Mhz then clock it up to 1066 speeds? The 800 is cheaper than 1066
