the new build has performance improvements with more stable minimum frame rates

Probably not lol. People with 8800gts were struggling apprently. Because DX9 is only enabled, but since the 7800GT is DX9, I dunno

the reasone why peps pcs are struggling has its a beta for bug testing not a demo so it has not been optimised yet

hance even if you pu it on low you wont see much fps improvment

There is even a disclaimer stating gameplay will not be as good as the final version and that system requirements are higher for this open beta...
