Crysis 2 objects flickering DX11.......

Is there any solution to this problem?

I have DX11 v1.9 patch, eyefinity + crossfire, disabling DX11 solves the problem but the game looks so beatiful in DX11...

I'm assuming you've tried re-installing as well?

Actually did not, hmm guess I should reinstall the game see if that helps.

Now I'm actually having 60+ fps with NO VSYNC, DX11 disabled, Graphics settings ULTRA.

Still DX11 looks alot better so I might reinstall the game afterall.

I had this problem with the higher OCs I could attain on crossfired 5870s with no voltage control - the clocks were stable but the game flickered very subtly every few seconds across some objects. You probably need slightly more volts to run such a demanding game. Keep doing runs of the intro to the final level (A Walk In The Park) if you've got that far, slowly bump up the volts until you no longer see any abnormalities on the crumbling rock of the sky island as the helicopter approaches it.

How do you do runs of the game, I do have Adrenaline that is a Crysis 2 benchmark tool, however it only lets me run 3 maps: time square, downtown and central park.

Also if the A Walk In The Park level includes spoilers I would rather avoid it as I'm also playing the Crysis SP still.

Edit--> atm one of my cards is 1168mv 1100core/1575memory the other one is 1250mv 1100core/1575memory.
I can play the game without problem with ULTRA, NO VSYNC, DX11 disabled, both cards have 97-99% GPU usage.

Seems like the problem is enabling DX11, Also I'm already reaching VRM temperature at PEAK 89c, I know these VRM are made for 120c(?!) but I'm not comfortable having the PEAK VRM temperature going above 89c.

I don't have experience with 79xx so can't discuss specific figures.

If voltage tweaking doesn't help, try reinstalling DX.

Btw, your VRMs will peform better the closer they are to their rating, so it's nothing to worry about. My 6310 on my E-350 is sat at 100*c idle, but still runs fine.

Thanks for the suggestions, strangely now my object flickering has becom alot less, wery strange.

Do you know how I run different maps in Crysis 2?
I know adrenaline has a benchmarktool but that is only 3 maps.

You just have to first reach up to or beyond a level and then it will show up in the level selection screen. Should be in the same place - or round about - as new game, load game etc (haven't played Crysis 2 in a while).
