Which is totally pointless. afaik, the highest DPI laser diode is only 2000dpi (the one used in the G5/G7/CH) and even if i'm wrong, i doubt it's jumped up by 4000 dpi since i was right lol.

I think it's a decent idea but is going to cause serious RSI if you have to support your own hand to stop it from touching the mat. I was thinking of doing something with some neodymium magnets instead of teflon and using a metal pad but i expected the magnets would break the electronics inside the mouse.

Not only that but i've tried using my mouse while elevated like 3mm off the mousemat and there is no way ANYONE would be able to keep their hand steady enough to aim properly, not without a mouse sens of 0.1 or something.

All that being said though, a review would still be wicked
