Corsair TX650 V2 Loud

Hi i have just recived an RMA from corsair went to fire it up and the fan is just really really loud constanly even when i leave the pc to ide it just stays loud i have reset the cmos as i read that it may be due to that however that didnt fix it also done the paper clip test to see if it might have been something conntected to the psu causing the fan to ramp up but that did nothing i just wanted to know if i should send it back to corsair or if i should try something else that i havent

What is the noise like? Is it just regular fan-at-max noise or does it sound as if there's something wrong with it?

I would probably try Corsair's forum. They have always been very reasonable whenever I needed to get a hold of them.

its like a fan running at max all the time
