Corsair TWIN2X4096-6400 Timings

Hey guys i just got this ram from corsair and I don't know to much about timings but this is what I got them to go down to, this is the lowest I was able to get them with a 50 MHz over-clock on them as well. I tested these timings with prime and mem test and was completely stable with no errors. Let me know if this is good or not and well what you think.

Ram - Corsair XMS2 DDR2 800 , TWIN2X4096-6400C5DHX G over-clocked to 850 MHz

CPU - Intel core 2 duo E6420 2.13 ghz over-clocked to 3.4 ghz

Motherboard - ASUS P5N-D 750i sli

Video card - MSI twin frozr II N560 TI OC

Hard drive - corsair vertex 2 50GB SSD OS is on this drive

Storage - 2 western digital 320GB 7200rpm drives in raid 0

Will they not do cas4 and what voltage are they on?

Really nice low tras, how much gains has it got you in Everest/Aida/maxmem?

I just got done lowering the timings so i havent ran any other test yet but i will do a before and after and post the results and i have tried everything and no matter what i do it will not go down to cas4 the stock timings were 5-5-5-18 2T oh and the voltage is 1.95v the stock was 1.8v

Try 2.1v for cas 4
