Corsair RMA

As I've had to send back a unit previously, Corsair have agreed to let me use their UPS account this time. They've given me an account number, how can I arrange delivery with this? Does it have to be a pickup? I've never used this sort of service before.

i would presume it would be a pickup mate just contact them askin how you should go about it and they will steer you in the proper direction

Thanks. I figured as much, just wondered if anyone here had already done so.

Contact their tech support if you have done repeated RMAs. They seemed willing to accommodate my grumbling.

i wish i just had forked out for the postage to them directly i ended up gettin micro direct to give me an RMA since corsair were willing to do so, so i get my rma sent back to micrdirect and get an email sayin since this is after our 28 day refund/repair period we will be returning it to our supplier for repair or replacement this can take from 6 to 8 weeks!

That's pretty bad. I had one go back direct to Overclockers UK, I had a brand new unit on my doorstep 2 days later! I was even more impressed I didn't have to mess around explaining the problem to them either. It would still power on and take load, just 'pop' and spark now and again when turned on. It's always a risk with intermittent problems, but they came through good. Postage wasn't too bad either.

yeah its shockin 6 to 8 weeks is real bad and y they didnt tell me when i said i was going to get it directly sorted from corsair they didnt say its over 28 days old your best to just send it there since we have a one and a half to 3 month turn around!
