I think refurb is the wrong word to use for the article. B-product maybe better, since it includes unwanted returns where they only took it out once then put it back.

Exactly, if it's not all refurbished, which to many of us means repaired products at first glance, it should be listed on each product what it is, open box, actual rma, damaged packaging and so on.
