Honestly tho, having a refurb sale kinda sends the wrong message, look at this stuff that all broke once before, yeah might be cheaper but how likely is it to break again.

Refurb can cover a wide range of things like damaged packaging, open box etc so don't look a gift horse in the mouth

I think refurb is the wrong word to use for the article. B-product maybe better, since it includes unwanted returns where they only took it out once then put it back.

Exactly, if it's not all refurbished, which to many of us means repaired products at first glance, it should be listed on each product what it is, open box, actual rma, damaged packaging and so on.
