Corsair expects losses of up to $11 million this quarter as the economy falters

Company that makes overpriced plastic that has mediocre quality with most of their products looking like Fisherprice designed them is losing money ? So sad, Such a shame... anyway.

Then you should take better care of your equipment.

I have not had a SINGLE Corsair product fail on me....EVER. They make GOOD stuff.

What Dicey said, I agree. Corsair's product usually have a very low quality feel to them, especially for their asking price.

Corsair is one of the biggest companies in the industry, yet they don't seem to innovate a lot these days. Their ML fans was highly regarded when they launched years ago, now Lian Li has literally taken that crown and are still innovating on their cable management etc. What does Corsair do? Still have a spiders web as their cable solution lol.

Indeed, Corsairs coolers, Cases and PSU's are good but they need to do something with their fans, Copy LianLi if they have to but there are way too many cables and the fan designs i.e LL and QL look like they were designed by Fisherprice.

And then there's their peripherals, They just feel so cheap, Headsets, Mice, Keyboards, Accessories etc... it's like they choose the lowest grade materials possible.

Sad thing is Corsair never used to be like this.

I've just bought a K70 keyboard (full size) and it does NOT feel or look cheap.
I've had several Corsair AIO's and zero failures, in fact, nothing I've ever bought from them failed.

I've had a mixed bag with Corsair. I've had an AIO, RAM, and PSU totally fail but they failed quickly and when something of theirs works, it refuses point blank to break. Hell, my RM850 is approaching 10 years old and is still going strong.

I think there is definitely a point where Corsair went from one of the best PC component companies to what they are now, with the drop in quality and constant pandering to streamers and YouTubers with all their RGB tat.

Once you've experienced even comparatively priced custom mech boards then you realize just how cheap they are quality wise.

I still have 1 of Corsairs original K95 Vengeance keyboards and it's quite noticeable that they've lowered quality to increase profits with the newer stuff.

I'll never buy a Cosair keyboard given they solder all the switches in place yet still demand the same price as companies like Ducky who make theirs hot-swappable. Even when fully built, my GMMK came up £50 less and I can still customize it as much as I like.
