Im again looking to the expert advice of my good forum buddies, can the corsair 750d fit an Alphacool Nexxxos XT45 4 20mm rad in the top??

Supported radiators are:

Radiator Mount Locations
Front: 240/280mm
Top: 240/280/360mm
Rear: 120/140mm
Bottom: 120/240mm

Unless you're planning on removing the OD drive cage, I think your limited to the stock configurations.

With modding you can fit two 420mm's, i've not personally tried two 420's so IDK but it's possible. I would buy the case and then see what will fit, the holes are there for a 420mm.

All the 420 mods i've seen in that past have no optical cages. But why would you want them anyway, you could stick another 420 there :p

Edit: just googled myself, XT 420 width 144mm, standard optical drive width 142.8mm, that's not happening is it :/

i had a 750D had a EK XTX 360 in the roof, now my mate has it and he has a 30mm 420 in there.

from what i remember i think it just about fits, but the fins on the 5.25" bay may stop you from going 45mm if not just cut the fins out and you should be fine :)

Tip for you steve, remove the 5.25 bay covers and slide the rad in from the front with the fittings and fans on the rad before you mount the rad/fans :)

there is not going to be much room in there with if the mobo is in there...
