Core unlock Asus Crosshair V

Anybody had any luck doing an core unlock on Amd 555 on a Asus Crosshair V mb?

Why? You having trouble? remember you are not guaranteed to successfully unlock the cores!

Just thinking of buying this board and seeing if anybody has had an experience?

Why? Why would you get a CFV and bother with anything less than a 1090t? I can understand if you just dont want to upgrade, but whats the point? You will be starving your mobo.

Just thought about putting a cheap n cheerful chip into it tell I get bulldozer as it happens brought a 1090t anyway
