Core i7 and GTX295 water-cooling

I'm running my Core i7 920 on 4.2 GHz using a Noctua NH-U12P on a Asus P6T Deluxe V2 and six 34 dB fans.

I've never been any fastidious in regard to noise, but those six fans at 34 dB are together seriously loud and I can't stand it. Thus, I'd like to buy watercooling for this system and obviously I'd want something that I can use to cool both my GTX295 and the Core i7 920.

Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

And you will still need some fans to cool the rads. You have to choose the fans carefully, or else there may be little improvement in noise output.
