Currently im cooling my i5 3570k @ 4.2Ghz (1.1V) - Temps just using an Xigmatek Achilles Cooler are around the 70 Mark when using OCCT Linpack mode. What fans would you consider to cooling my heatsink other than the Corsair SP editions. I would like something pretty cost effective around £5-8 mark. I know it's not much of the Corsair but I don't like the look of them.
Also, i've been looking into watercooling, and i want you're opinion on this water pump - Just thinking of running a 360MM Rad with CPU block.

Will this be powerful enough? If not something around the same price would be grand.
