Contact problems

Iv'e been having trouble getting a good contact on my cpu with the Mach II. I checked the bolts and the one on the right hand side turn 2 revolution more than the left one. This make it a little difficult to judge how far to turn.

I've currently got a temp of -38 Asus probe says 27c

This is on a northwood 3.2Ghz @ 4Ghz 1.75v. Can I assume I haven't got a good contact again?
