Computer turns on but I don't get any display

Hi,

My computer turns on but then i dont receive any display on my monitor, but i think there is still signal to the monitor. The MB also keeps resetting as it goes from AO and then restarts with 98, A2 and some other numbers. Keyboard, mouse and speakers are coming on and resetting with the MB also. I've also been getting random errors since installing windows 10 every time i put my computer on, it gets the error, resets and then it is fine till i next put it back on the next day.

Specs:

I7-4790k, 4.8ghz @ 1.25V
Asus maximus VII Hero
Gigabyte G1 980ti
Corsair AX 760
Samsung 850 evo 250gb
Corsair vengeance pro 2x8gb @ 1866 mhz 1.5V

Was it the win10 upgrade or clean install?
I had some similar issues with my upgrade.Used driversweeper and downloaded new gpu driver,problem solved.

it was an upgrade

I turned it on next day and it came back on, il give a shout again if any other problems arise.

Disable UEFI and try legacy.
