Compact gaming desktop

Hello, i've created a topic few weeks back (http://forum.overclock3d.net/showthread.php?t=66473) but plans changed a little.
Budget is increased to 800 pounds ( absolute maximum, would like to spend less).
I will be getting bigger case (bitfenix prodigy m or bitfenix phenom - can take advice on that aswell).

My aim is to get smooth, quiet gameplay on 1080p.
I don't need anything except regular intestines of my desktop(i have mice and a monitor, will get a keyboard and a case) and something to get wifi (no way to get a cable to the room)

I'm stationed in Sutton, Surrey.

Start using http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/ as a system builder, great for finding out how much everything costs.

As a basis for you to play with, I've put together this little Micro ATX rig based on the excellent Pentium G3460 CPU with a GTX970 GPU, 16gb DDR3 memory, Bitfenix Prodigy M, a 256gb SSD for games and OS and a 1TB HDD for storage, Windows 8.1 64bit, and a PCIE wifi card for a takeaway meal over £800 - £812.23 to be exact.

A Pentium on a £800 budget? wut? Not worth it if you ask me. Also 16gb of ram? You've made some interesting choices :P

Op, are you going to be overclocking? Here is my attempt. -edit- whoops wrong psu. I've changed it.

I don't need OS as i have a spare. Should i put this money toward better graphics ? I'd rather get nvidia as i have read that it runs colder and quieter?

I might OC CPU a little if its not too hard, as i've never done it.

Depends on the GPU and its cooler, not whether its Nvidia or AMD. By removing the os I've got a MSI GTX 970 as a different GPU and a better performing wireless adapter, although I'd reccomend getting an Ethernet over Power set instead. I've also found a bigger and better SSD.

This one is a bit over budget, but you should be able to find a 1TB Caviar Blue for a good bit cheaper than the £60 they list it for. Also, if you're not sure about overclocking anyway, you can get away with an H97n-WiFi, slightly lower end (locked) i5 and you won't need the watercooling AIO.

Barnsley: I know i must be getting annoying slowly but id rather stick with one or 2 sellers. It already is over 800 i cant exceed.(Aria will charge some additional shipping, dont know about ebuyer and overclokers) What about Thermalright HR-02 Rev. ? I had it in my last desktop and it was fine (i didnt Oc it tho).

Feronix: No case on that budget because my better half want to buy me one as a gift :)

It'd be fine and you'll waste money by doing that. Its not worth it trust me :P

Ok. MOBO and PSU are out of stock on ebuyer and more expensive elsewhere so i need something different. Any suggestions ?
Also i want to buy Corsair K70 RGB but can't find it anywhere except Overclockers and there it says pre-order, any idea when it will be released ?
