Clicky PSU fan

Well, the budget build im doing is all but finished and nearly ready for me to deliver.

1 last problem, as the title suggest, the 120mm fan in the PSU kinda rattles, or clicks. Odd problem as it is on and off. I think its when the fan varies speed its speed. eg, higher rpm=clicking noise. Ive checked out as much as i can see without stripping down the PSU and theres nothing i can see blocking it.

Any ideas?

lmao, yesterday a fan was making a clicky (whirring) sound in one of meh cases. Like a dog-nut I looked at it and figured the fan was coming away from the housing.... so I attempted to push it back on whilst it was on.. O o two of the fins shattered off and flew across the room. I`ve found one.. I have a bad feeling one is stuck in the case somewhere.
