Cleaning thingy...

Hey guys,

First off, I have no idea if this is the proper section to post this or not. Feel free to move it!

Now, I was wondering, as I've seen JayzTwoCents and now in Feronix's latest post, in his "Project Woodbox", that he used some kind of feathery stick to clean his case.

Is there something similar that is ESD protected?, ie won't static any electrical components inside the PC?

Do you guys know or can recommend any other useful tools to clean a PC?, I already know of compressed air and have used it already.

Thanks,
Chrazey

I have used a clean gloss paint brush before to clean my fans and to get in all the places compressed air doesn't clear.

+1 ^ for the dry paint brush, I also use Q-tips (ear/baby buds) especially when I'm cleaning out the PSU, Micro fibre cloth and furniture polish for the exterior of the case.. also I'm lucky to have an anti static server Vacuum, which I bought for business purposes, while it is excellent for my customers really dirty dusty rigs it's useless for my own system which usually receives a regular clean anyway and it does little or nothing to lift slight dust plus it's an expensive (very) luxury.
