Its that time of the year again when I go for a lovely new phone upgrade.

At the moment I have the w800i which has taken a bit of a battering but still keeps going, even if the headphones are bloody annoying.

Tempted with so far

k800

nokia n73 ( a bit big isnt it? )

Ideal features

Camera

Mp3

Radio

Would be nice but not bothered

3g

Wifi

And of course as small as possible, all ideas weclome, ooo and it has to be on orange :D

Love my K800i, but its still one of those phones that unsuccessfully tries to be more than it is (Web access etc sucks)

oh yes another MUST. Must be able to run opera mini :D

well the n73 is a bit thick but i think it is bout the same size of the k800i and the nokia browser is great no prob at and even the security of the browser is great

I went for the k800i myself.

I was looking between the n73 and k800i, but was put off of the n73 because everyone I know who has one says about constant crashing :(

My k800i hasn't crashed once and there are loads of apps/games :) but the best thing about it is the camera :D

I also use it as an mp3 player with the sony rubber earbud things :)

The only thing that lets it down is the memory as it costs a lot and is limited to a max of 1gb :(

N80 or the nokia 6288

I like the N80, but my dad has one and has had a few problems aswell as crashing :(

One of the main problems was the phone kept sliding and phoning people while in his pocket (when u slide the slider it unlocks the keylock)

The camera also seems to be manual focus

nope mate no crashing thoose who complained about crashing are before the updates were out when i bought mine last december most bugs of the os had been fixed and i regularly update the os too

Yep, bought my N73 on day of release last year. What you've gotta remember is it has the full Symbian O/S on it. The S/E's just have a cut down version of the O/S, so the N73 is basically a PDA and even they crash.

I was seriously thinking of getting the k800i but the camera cover put me off. As I was sliding it I could hear it saying "Break meeee, break meeeeee"

Then some guy brought a big box into the shop and the salesman said "Let's see what we've got in here" and pulled out the N73. Despite it looking like an Aero bar with a camera I love it. I had problems with it crashing for a couple of months, but since getting the firmware updated it's been fine. Nice big screen as well;)

SE W810i would probably suit your needs. I'm currently using a Nokia E60 and it's great, but hasn't got a camera or a radio lol (I don't really need a camera, and I just stream radio using the built in wifi ;)).
