Cheap'ish dremel ?

Looking at modding my 5000D to have a cut out in the PSU shroud with neatly done border so I can see my PSU's wattage readout and need a cutting tool.

Can anyone recommend a Dremel-like tool that won't bust the bank ? It's literally for a single 5 minute job and then it'll likely never get used again.

Borrow one from a friend? or maybe you can rent one at a diy place for a day, otherwise it's probably a case of buy one, use it and get the legendary Dice Refund program going xD

Cotech is a cheaper model and does the same thing and just as well. Their accessories can also work on a dremel and vice versa. Albeit much less expensive.
