Cheapest road to 4 Ghz ???

OK guys, I need some of your help and advice. What would be the cheapest and most assured way of reaching 4 Ghz? What combination of Ram and CPU would I need to achieve this bearing in mind I'm on a tight budget? Here are some more considering factors;

-I have an ASUS P4C800-E Deluxe mobo

-I have a Mach II

-I'm a bit uneasy about doing any volt mods

-I already have a 3.0C Ghz 800 FSB 12 capper (read somewhere that these do 3.6-3.8 Ghz on average and thats what I'm getting at the moment) although I'm willing to get rid of this chip if I have to.

Thanks in advance.

Obviously you're limited to an FSB overclock, so some ram capable of faster speeds would be good....i recommend corsair XMS4000Pro...it was designed for major OCing with a pentium system in mind really.

You might try buying my 2.8c SL6WU malay chip too, clocks like a biatch, 3.45 on AIR ;)

Whatever you do you're gonna have to up ram/cpu voltages but I don't think vmodding will be necessary.

Strictly speaking you should already have a system that can attain 4ghz! Make sure you have good memory in there, and if necessary get yourself a DDR booster to up the volts.

What is the code on your chip? Most Malay's do 4ghz out of the box.
