Changes to CSS servers on OC1

As we've got some new horsepower with OC1 I was thinking about:

- Changing the D2DM back to just plain dust2 (or will it go dead again)

- Changing match server #2 into a turbo gungame server?

...and i'm not sure if we should moe the main match server over to this new server as some of you have been complaining about performance issues?

definately agreed on the turbo gungame server, make it deathmatch aswell. ive also got a few map ideas for it, ill let you know..

as for d2, i say give it a go, might aswell keep trying to get a decent d2 public

Dont forget we'll be losing a CSS server (maybe two??) when UT3 comes in
