Case suggestions

Hello everyone, I have a custom built PC at home stuffed into an ol' good Corsair 750D, and it has served me well so far, but I was thinking it was time to change it for something a little more eye catching, basically talking about the shape here and maybe some light accents, I don't really like rainbow colors and stuff, and i was hoping you could help me a little, i want a case that supports at least a 280mm rad for the CPU loop (it's sealed kit). Now the thing i dislike the most about the 750D is how it shows the optical drive, i would prefer a case that has a panel you open and close to get to the optical drive (i burn a lot of stuff in blu ray so i still need the unit). I liked the NZXT phantom designs, and I also dig the BitFenix Shadow, though i kinda hate it only has blue or red leds... i absolutely LOVE the BitFenix Pandora Design, but as you know it doesn't support 5.25 inch drives, and besides i've got to stash a full ATX mobo in there, so i would prefer a full tower size, i'm not doing any more water cooling apart from the processor itself... I would really like it if you could recommend some of the cases you think would fit what i seek!, and thanks in advance!

The 750D is a great case, I wouldn't change it. Just get an external DVD drive or mod the 5.25'' cover a bit and glue it on the drive's front, I did the same thing with my 650D and it worked great.

Fractal Design Define R5?
5,25s and fan control behind door.
Mount a couple of well placed Darkside LED-strips of your own colour choice and you have a really sleek looking unit with subtle illumination.

I know the 750D it's a very good case, i actually not have any complaints about it, is more about eye candy i guess... thanks for replying :)

I actually haven't looked a lot into fractal design cases, will check it out!

I am awaiting stock on white windowed cases, similar to Tom`s review sample, to hit Norwegian dealers for my next build.

I think is a pretty good case, but i also think it's not worth to trade my 750D for it, as i said i'm kinda looking for a little eye candy design wise, if not i wouldn't really trade my Obsidian, but thanks a lot anyway :)

If it's eye candy your after you should take a peek at the NZXT H440 or the new Noctis 450 which is a stylized version of the 440.

H440 and the new Noctis have how many 5,25s? But of course this could be solved with a external player/writer.

Well i really like the noctis... it's beautiful, but i would prefer not having to buy an external unit considering i have a perfectly functional unit at home :/, luckily there's no rush so i can take my time figuring out how i'm gonna do it, if you have any other cases you really like be sure to post them! :)
