Case modding tutorial ?

Is anyone up for doing this, or perhaps helping me to do this? I think we should start with 120mm blowholes - this is the story of my life at the moment - did 5 yesterday, 2 were slightly mis-aligned, then my drill decided to pack up, which was nice. I've ordered a new cutter anyway, and I've got another Bosch 1010w power drill here too, so I should be able to manage

Also, finishing technique - which IMHO is more important than how you cut the case in the first place..

Are you up for producing a photographic tutorial? You seem like the best man to ask help looking at your ideas and your technique.

Ill take lots of photos of my current build, & Ill find some scraps to do a blowhole one..

gonna take a week or two to get through to finish the build so will put something together during this.

Perfect. I think this will be good because we can compare notes with each other - it's not as easy to do this as it looks is it. I will get some pics as well.
