Can you fix a Dead/stuck Pixel?

Hello,
I have a monitor which i got about 6 months ago, and after a while i noticed it had one small "stuck" Pixel at the bottom (1/4 from the right of the screen and half way up the task bar)
iv seen a video online by Linus saying that you can fix it, but i did what he said and it didnt work, does anyone have any idea's

Note: the pixel isn't dead, it is just the wrong colour, it is green and always green.
Monitor is Hanns-G HS233 1080p 3D monitor 23" inch.

Stuck pixels can be fixed by running software that changes color at a rapid pace your suppose to leave it running for an hour if it doesn't work do 4 hours straight. Still no luck? 8 Hours.. Nothing still? 12 hours. STILL nothing? 24 hours. After this step you are pretty much effed.
